FUSING OVEN

Should you require bespoke glass design Thiering and Partner operate a fusing oven.

Using moulding sand to create designs on glass panels up to 1000 x 2000 mm, then heating the glass from above in the oven, Thiering and Partner can create unique and unusual bespoke designs.

Simple line drawings, designs or handprints on single sheets can then be toughened to provide unique balustrades, table tops or shower doors.

More complex designs using different layers of glass and other materials, such as metals, can be created for panels that do not require toughening.

FULLY AUTOMATED CNC CUTTING TABLE

∙ Our Cutting Table is 100% self-loading

∙ The biggest difference to other tables is that The Table moves to the glass – it is no longer necessary to bring the glass to the table

∙ The Table is directly connected to our Optimizing Program, the G-code Cutting Files are sent directly to the Cutting Software from the table

∙ The Shape Cutting Table can read and cut DXF files which can be created with almost all drawing programs

∙ The scanning of templates directly onto The Table is now possible

∙ A special tool allows us to cut foils on the glass for sandblasting

∙ All important information is printed on a label and before cutting it is automatically stuck onto the glass

∙ The Table can easily be operated by one person

∙ The turn-around for the cutting of a series is four times quicker than on a normal cutting table
