Our fully-automated double-glazing line can build: large panes, cottage panes, unusually shaped panes; in either double or triple glazing, with or without gas filling, to the highest possible standards.
GEORGIAN BARS AND COTTAGE PANES
Our line can fit Georgian bars between the two panes of glass, thus creating the look of cottage panes without compromising on the quality or effectiveness of the double-glazing.
UNUSUALLY SHAPED PANES
Thiering and Partner can build double glazing units in whatever shape you or your customer require.
FRAMELESS CORNERS
Our line can build stepped double-glazing units that are used for frameless corner connections.
FACADE STRUCTURED GLAZING
Structural glazing allows glass to be placed flush against each other rather than using traditional frames. Step units are glued to a frame behind them with the joins sealed with structuring silicone. Thiering and Partner can build the double-glazing units required for this system.
TRIPLE GLAZING
Thiering and Partner can build triple glazing with a U-value of just 0.9. The total thickness of the triple-glazed unit need be only 24mm or 28mm.
